Is it just me, or, in his delivery of ANY line, does it sound like he’s never seen the script, and is just making it up as he goes along?
Sometimes it works. Sometimes it pulls me out of the movie.
Apparently this is some form of “viral marketing;” a google search on the OP will point you to multiple message boards where exactly the same message is displayed.
We do not appreciate this abuse of the Straight Dope Message Board.

Just to add to TubaDiva’s statement: we’re leaving this visible, even though it’s a spam OP, in part because it generated a lot of comment… but also as a kind of warning (or “call to arms”), if any of you see this kind of behavior, please report it to us. Future such can be disappeared.
