Does anybody know the origin/proper name of the page boy caps? I’m not sure if thats what they are called, but the hats that resemble rounded triangular prisms
Does anybody know the origin of the Pea coat?
Pea coat is really a very big corruption of the Dutch word pijjekker We should be calling it a pee jacket,I guess. The coat/jacket[short, double-breasted woolen] that is still popular today is quite similar to the one worn by Dutch sailors as early as the 15th century.
