The manager of a London poker club has been convicted of violating British gaming laws after a jury rejected his argument that poker is a game of skill, rather than chance. However, a prison sentence is unlikely, the judge said.

I don’t remember the exact dialog, but in the beginning of My Little Chickadee someone mentioned poker as a game of chance to W. C. Fields, and he said, under his breath “not the way I play it.”
