Palin apparently has learned that there are actual provisions for advanced care planning in HR 3200, having formerly believe she was just making stuff up to disgrace all our dead men and women in the military. With her new found knowledge she decided to vomit more crap on facebook reasserting her nonsense:

“Section 1233 authorizes advanced care planning consultations for senior citizens on Medicare every five years, and more often ‘if there is a significant change in the health condition of the individual … or upon admission to a skilled nursing facility, a long-term care facility… or a hospice program.’"

How can people be so stupid? Who could possibly interpret *authorizing payment for advanced care every 5 years or when health conditions change significantly *as misleadingly non-voluntary?
