I am visiting my parents’ in Arkansas. My sister-in-law gave my father a Pandigital ereader last fall. The Pandigital ereader is supposedly related to Barnes & Noble. My dad’s “computer guy” set it up for him. They have wifi.
So my dad and I went online to his account at B&N and bought a nook book. HOW DO I GET THE FREAKIN’ THING DOWNLOADED? Because there are no instructions. When I look on the pandigital website can they possibly have instructions on how to download the book? NO THEY DO NOT.
Because when something is super-obvious to most people it simply isn’t explained to those of us who aren’t aware.
I have a nook and was excited to show my dad how to use his–only to find that my sister-in-law bought him some kind of NOOK COPY thing that is not a Nook.
And is there something on this on the SDMB? Probably, but I need an answer PLEASE!!!
