Oh yes, sorry for not updating the other thread.
Get this, sometime in the middle of December, she “became” terminally ill with Cancer. And my buddy said that she was admitted to a hospital for long term care. Then she goes into a Coma! Now, he was supposed to get the 'vette at the end of January. This little stint of a Coma lasted up until about the third week of January, and I couldn’t make this up if I tried, but she passed away!
And guess who didn’t get the vette! And to my knowledge, I don’t believe anyone received any houses as gifts either.
Now while she was still alive, he was supposedly in emotional turmoil. He said he kept in contact with her friends and everthing.
My guess was that someone, somewhere, was playing one hell of a joke on him. Or they took some credit info from him when on the conference call, when they were going to buy the new car.
I don’t know. It was all really strange. He doesn’t even talk about it anymore, especially since we started giving him shit for it. About how it was likely a scam, and all. He doesn’t say two words about it now.
Maybe he’s moved on. Because now, and I shit you not, he’s involved with some chick from MySpace.
So did we establish if HE was bullshitting all of you? Or if someone was bullshitting him? I can’t remember.
