Parents or other relatives of intellectual or artistic prodigies: What tipped you off, and how old was the child?

Individuals have an annoying habit of being specific people with their own particular sets of strengths and weaknesses. They irritatatingly don’t always neatly fit into the arbitrary labeled boxes we have at the ready to sort them into.

But describing every child longhand every single time is not practical.
