Go back to http://www.quatloosia.com and click on their “financial sector”, follwoing through the “high-yield investments” link. Each absolutely idiotic “300% in two weeks” type scheme is described by paragraph, and followed by an “opportunity NNNNN” link which takes you to an SEC notification of litigation against the individual, or some similar document.

http://www.quatloos.com is the actual front door of that site, where they are playing things somewhat straighter, with a link to the “Synergized Debentured Netdom of Quatloosia” where you were.

It’s tongue in cheek, and quite well done.
