In the song Perpetual Dawn by The Orb, there’s a short (~10 seconds) snippet of a speech, and I’ve been going crazy trying to figure out what it is. The man speaking has a distinctive accent, but I can’t place it. It’s kind of hard to hear what he’s saying over the music, but here’s my attempt at reconstructing it:
The guy is speaking with passion, and I thought it might be some famous speech that I just wasn’t recognizing, but a web search turned up nothing (although I did find quite a few sites offering me tips on how to make money fast from home. Fascinating…).
Anybody recognize this?
