Absolutely. And if you feel you’re shy, socializing at a party can help. Make an effort to get out, have a good time. Even the most socially awkward of us can have a good time if we try. A little trick I like to use is asking other people questions–people love to talk about themselves!

If you’re having trouble remembering things, doing a few short mental exercises at night before you go to bed can help you out. Or if you’re waiting for the bus, cooking dinner, in between watching TV–every little bit helps!
