The media regularly raises private disputes between individuals into some sort of “Lawyers hooliganism”. Meh. This on the other hand, is unbelievable. It seems to have been a continious series of inexplicable actions by the Lahore Bars senior leadership.
The whole situation is absurd. Since when are lawyers willing to fight without being able to bill someone for it?
Perhaps the lawyers there do think that “Power of Attorney” is a super power…
Luckily, Pakistan is the kind of place that might just give the lawyers the nice length of rope that they deserve.
Practicing law would be a lot more satisfying if I could hit people with clubs sometimes…
The War.Between Doctors and Lawyers. I like it.
It’s like the old National Lampoon comic story about the war between Negroes and Jews, only less racist. The WASP major said “Isn’t it time we stepped in and put a stop to this?” And the WASP colonel said “Are you NUTS, major?”
Hardees decides that its an opportune thing for an advertising gimmick.
I’m leery of website pics, as people love to fake them. Got a link to the actual ad? I didn’t find it on their Twitter or Facebook, and both look like they’ve not updated them in a while.
If it’s your screenshot, fine. But if you just saw the image online, it could be fake.
Hardee’s has no locations in Pakistan.
Click on “Search International Locations”
Looks like they do, but the post still could be a hoax.

Weird. Wonder why it’s not on the corporate site.
It’s an American site, so don’t expect much attention given to non-American locations. Its international link goes to “Whoops! Page not found.”
That page opened for me. It showed a world map with countries with Hardee’s highlighted and clickable.
Without Pakistan being highlighted.
Franchise remember.
Here is a list of Hardee’s and Carl Jr franchises world wide.

Law & Order:Pakistan would be much more exciting than Law & Order:US.
It would just be called “Lawyers & Disorder”.
