The most likely scenarios are:
She went to the nightclub looking for Kane specifically. She had a plan to bait him by flirting with, having drinks, then go home with him and then claim rape.
She was interested in being more than a one night stand. When she found out she was just a quickie, she used the rape card as revenge.
I’m quite interested in finding out more about the NFL players this woman has been associated with in the past. That’s pretty remarkable for a 21 year old. Perhaps she’s quite a looker or perhaps she comes from a wealthy family since supposedly her expensive lawyer was once retained by her father.
So let’s say that’s right, she was flirting with him, went home with him, etc. Does that mean she’s not allowed to change her mind? Besides, she wasn’t the one who wanted to go to his place.
