thank you
Someone looking to falsify a rape claim would not want to document the lack of any evidence indicating force or injury. A rape kit includes gathering evidence of force or injury. Remember that bite mark on the shoulder?
Nothing you’ve written offers any indication as to whether she’s a golddigger, it just shows how badly you would like her to be a golddigger.
Go bite your own shoulders, dalej42. See how easy it is? Not, eh?
They can also match those via dental records.
Those male numbers sure do ping my bullshit meter. From that article:
One in six men? That sounds made up.
Unless they constantly change the definition of sexual violence… For males, sure it’s embarrassing to have your shorts yanked down in 8th grade gym class, but hardly an act of ‘sexual violence’
Fuck off, bitch.
Your contributions to this thread have been duly noted as useless.
I don’t know much about this case at all, but the attorney for Kane is on Facebook and coming across as, well, let’s just say, I wouldn’t hire him.
He’s using text speak or something with no punctuation. At one point he claimed he was done, but couldn’t seem to help himself and came back to argue some more.
I just know that I would want my defender to be more articulate than this fella.
I’ve always wondered how guys who hate women get around the fact that their mother is/was one.
Fat but nimble? Coming into his own after being overly reliant on a dominant defense early in his career? From a mid-major school? Fun in nightclub bathrooms?
They’re talking about ice hockey. Most of us who do live in the US but not in igloos have never heard of this dude either.
I eagerly await the answer to this one.
Your bullshit meter and whether or not things sound made up are strong evidence, to be sure, but then there is this.
Norman Bates would like a word with you on that.
Wow. Just…wow. Where did this guy get his law degree, some online correspondence course? Seriously, offensively unprofessional behavior.
Stupid and poorly written, yes. I’m not seeing anything offensive or unprofessional in his behavior.
Perhaps it’s not unprofessional by lawyerly standards but I would not be interested in hiring someone who behaves like that whether they’re a lawyer, plumber, doctor or piano teacher.
He’s the hero dale wants. Not the hero dale needs.
I agree. I mean it’s “not unprofessional” in the sense that it wouldn’t justify bar discipline. I wouldn’t say it is professional behavior. In fact, if he’d asked me I would tell him not to talk about litigated cases on Facebook at all. No good can come of it; the Court of Public Opinion is not going to acquit Kane based on assertions made by his own attorney.
Perhaps getting into slap fights on Facebook is just part of the gig in Porn law, that’s his specialty.
I don’t mean “unprofessional” as in, he should be disbarred. However, I don’t think a lawyer should be getting into flame wars about his cases on social media.
