I’m using a dial-up connection. When I go to PayPal on my PC (500mHz, Win98), sign-in runs fairly quickly. When I go to PayPal on my Mac (1.5gHz G4 Powerbook, OS-X Tiger), it seems to take forever.
Why is this?
