PC to VHS?

Hello…

Generally, my video-PC skills are limited to digitizing VHS cassettes onto my PC with the use of my cheap but powerful WinTV capture card. However, I have recently begun to download video files, and now I would like to do the reverse. What sort of hardware (and expense) would I be looking at to output a video to VHS? I know some WinTV models come with a video out line, but mine did not. What's the cheapest setup I can find to do this sort of thing?

Thanks

Cheapest route would be a simple PC-to-TV converter like this one. I have an ATI Radeon card that does video-out very nicely, plus capture and 3D. It sells for ~150 USD.

Be warned that a lot of low-end converters have only mono sound, or no sound at all.
