Peacock connectivity

Trying to watch Peacock on the smart TV. We get this error:

Something went wrong. Please try to access from a more secure device.

I tried resetting the modem, but got the same error. How do we fix this?

I already found that (or a similar) page. I couldn’t find the cache (or whatever I needed to find), so it didn’t do us any good.

After spending about 45 minutes on the phone with Xfinity, we finally gave up on the app. We can get to Peacock through Xfinity’s On Demand button; so we’ll just have to watch it that way instead of through the smart TV app.

Incidentally, Xfinity said Peacock is going to start charging.
