Pencil sharpener museum.

I run across strange things fairly often. Here is a neat one, 3400 pencil sharpeners:

At last, a thread that gets right to the point.

I collect pencil sharpeners. I haven’t been to the museum, but I have the web site bookmarked.

So many niche/personal collection museums, so little time to visit them!

The Pencil Sharpener Museum is No. 2 on my list.

Surely you mean, “No. 2B”?

(Or not 2B…?)

That is the question. Softer leads like 2B are nice and smooth, but smear easily.

ETA those massive “Jupiter” sharpeners are pretty nifty

I wonder if Miley Cyrus is there? She can sharpen my pencil!

What lead me to open this thread?

No shit!

I saw the whole pencil sharpener racket coming from a mile away when I was a younger man, and switched to using mechanical pencils almost exclusively. Take that, Big Sharpener!

Every girl’s crazy 'bout a sharp…ened…pencil

I hadn’t heard of that museum, but on the subject of strange museums, I have been to the Mustard Museum in Middleton, Wisconsin (just outside of Madison).
