It was my own satirical take on the situation at that moment, based on Trump’s favorite way to say “it’s not going to happen” without actually saying that. I really should just put /s on every one of my posts like that.
(FWIW, if I make a post including an actual quote from a public figure, I strive to always provide a cite.)
To be fair, this sort of thing has been happening a lot more to my eyes. Reality has far outpaced satire and parody at this point. It’s becoming almost impossible to state something so outlandish that it couldn’t have come from one of the regime’s mouthpieces.
