I ran into one for the first time when my ambulance took a woman to the hospital who attempted suicide. One of the officers was carrying a paintball gun with pepperballs. This is a damn cool idea. Anyone have first hand experence of being on the recieving end of one of these? He offered to shoot me with it, but I turned him down…
