Per week, how many pills do you take regularly?

I take two pills a day (14 a week). One B12 and one Vit D. They are both at the insistence of my doctor. If it were up to me I wouldn’t take any. I hate pills. My doctor also wanted to put me on Singular, but I seem to have convinced her that I don’t really need it.

5 Metformin a day - 2 in the am and 3 in the pm, for diabetes
1 multivitamin
2 calcium/Vitamin D pills
1 lisinopril - blood pressure
1 pravastatin - cholesterol
1 nexium - acid reflux

That 11 per day, so 77 a week - plus 1 osteoporosis pill per week

78 pills. Dear Og. It used to be more, before I cut out some other vitamin supplements. Plus I stopped taking two pills for diabetes, and went on insulin. :frowning:

7 daily multi vitamins. That is consistent throughout the year.

Right now during allergy season, I’m taking one Claritin D per day. Hopefully allergy season should be about over.

Five pills a day, seven days a week… thirty-five.

None.

Ever.

I don’t have any regularly scheduled medications, all the meds I take are PRN. However, I would like to thank all of y’all for giving me a job once I graduate from Pharmacy School!

Wow, you take more then 300 mcg of levothyroxine a day? I don’t think I’ve ever filled more then that for a human before. You’re not a dog are you? :stuck_out_tongue:

I take four pills a day: two for diabetes control, one for blood pressure, and one antidepressant (shocker!).

One birth control pill a day and a daily vitamin when I remember.

Daily one pill for my marginal half thyroid, one vitamin, and six for my heart, including 3 warfarins. I can’t spell any of the others!

Fourteen a week. One daily 2.5mg amlodipine and one daily 40mg lisinopril, both for high blood pressure.

14 a week - 1 a day for GERD, 1 a day for high blood pressure.

1-10. I take a kelp pill a few times a week (I don’t get a lot of iodine in my daily diet) and calcium supplements most days. No medications.

Probably around 180 per week.

3 prescriptions that I take once daily:

Birth control
Prilosec
Paxil

And seasonally, OTC allergy/sinus meds once a day - something to look forward to in the next few weeks.

Four per day/28 per week: three for diabetes, and one for high blood pressure.

I hate taking pills. I don’t even like taking Tylenol for a headache. When both conditions were diagnosed, I fought going on medication for as long as I could (though, clearly, I didn’t bother to lose the weight that most likely would make both conditions disappear). It’s been almost 2 years now and I’m used to it, but every now and then I still grumble to myself when I have to get one of the prescriptions refilled.

A multivitamin with calcium, and that’s all. I should be taking Lipitor but I need to see the doc and get the scrip renewed.

I’m 65, and compared to my mom at this age, I’m in good shape. Now watch me keel over tomorrow. ::knock wood::

None since I switched to non-pill form birth control. I probably should be taking a multivitamin or something though, but I eat well.

One multi-vitamin daily, so 7 a week.

This was my response. I have fruity chewable vitamins, too, but I don’t remember to take those as often.

Daily I take:

birth control
multivitamin
beta blocker to prevent migraine headaches

so 21/week but sometimes I forget my vitamin.
