Peripheral Discworld materials

I have a library bound version (small paperback with plastic after-market “hard” covers. I’m thinking that’ll be the best I can afford–having 8 kids makes your budget for such projects somewhat limited.

If I could find a “real” hard cover for $50 I’d probably grab it, but maybe not. Irrelevant since the cheapest one I can find is over $200 US.

I’ll sell the 1st ed. paperback (the graphic-novel-sized one), especially if I can get Pterry to sign it, which would then help finance the rest of the collection.

[picknit]In “Feet of Clay” the golems don’t speak, except for one of them at the end of the boot. They write on slates to communicate - in, as you say, a very Hebrew-looking typeface[/pn]

You’ve got to get Where’s My Cow! It’s the best – but you have to have read Thud! first. I read it to my kids (all teenagers) and they can shout all the Buggrit! parts.

If you really want to be a completist, Andrew Butler has written some books on him. I only have an early version of the Pocket Essentials book, but here is the Amazon page from my search:

Sorry. Got too excited about the whole thing. :smack:

Picture of the collection. Just for fun.
