No, because breasts are not balloons. That explains why, say, the mole on the skin of my breast got larger as my breasts did, but nipples are discrete organs which happen to be located in the middle of the breast.
Draw the picture on the bottom of your balloon, using the part you blow into as a nose. Now blow it up and tie it. Is the nose huge? No, because you only blew up the balloon part, not the stem attached to it.
