Perogies in chicken soup?

I’ve got a pot of chicken soup I’ve been simmering all afternoon, and I’m tempted to throw some frozen cheese perogies in. Would that be weird?

I haven’t heard of it before, but it sure sounds good to me.

Now I want pierogies.

What else is in your chicken soup? Noodles? Adding pierogies then might be starchy overkill. But I think adding them would be a good thing - like dumplings would be, give the soup more heft. Frozen cheese pierogies are bland and would blend right in.
