How much of a persons personal information is avalible on the internet? With someone’s SSN and drivers license number. What kind of information can you find out on the wonderous web?

If you’re willing to pay a small fee, and your target is in one of the covered states, you can go to publicdata.com and look them up. This should give you their legal name, address, vehicle information, etc.
Given the name and state, you can search for email addresses and phone numbers, as well as homepages. If they have a homepage, they probably reveal way too much information on it, like pictures, and which university (if any) they went/go to.
Looking them up at the university may or may not tell you anything useful.
Searching the web for occurances of their email address or homepage address sometimes will find you people who link to them, so you can find out who their friends are.
Basically, your privacy is a lot less guaranteed than you think.
