Does anyone know the name of the episode in which Bilko fielded bets on a meeting in Hawaii?

It could have been at a time when he needed a time zone on which to take bets.

Almost all sitcoms and drama series have episode titles, even back then. That’s not to say that they appear onscreen, as they often don’t, but usually if there’s a script, there’s a title.

Browse through the episodes at the IMDB. Maybe you’ll come across it.

Quite true, but I don’t remember any on-screen for Bilko.

I don’t recall very many on screen episode titles now. I know the names from the EPG or IMDB, etc.

Might be Bilko’s Perfect Day, season 2, episode 33, where he needs to make a bet in a hurry and has to bet on a race in a distant time zone. Might have been Australia though.
