I’m having an incredibly Kafka-esque time trying to get medical records from an operation I had at Wills in 1987. After being transferred a dozen times within Wills, I was given another number to call, and that turns out to be the records department at the Jefferson Hospital for Neuroscience.
It got even stranger when the woman at Jefferson said that in order to get my records from off-site storage she’ll have to call the records department at Wills (which is where I started approximately eight billion years ago), and she’ll call me back on Monday.
Anyway - has Wills been swallowed up by Jefferson? Or is this just some insane runaround designed to make me go crazy?
