I think not but am willing to learn.
To you copy and paste stuff you have to “long press” which is to say, touch with your fingertip and hold down. Then a menu will come up after a second or so and it’ll have some options for you, including copy and paste. This will allow you to add a link, I guess, I don’t really know what you mean by add a link other than to paste one.
You can build the link using [url = ] [/ url] (without the spaces) but it’s a complete pain to do, and requires multiple keyboard menus and trying to place the cursor, which I find fiddly. But if you long-click a URL in the address bar of the browser it will give you an option to copy that. You can then go and long-click wherever you want to paste it.
