I’ve gotten a few numbers from scamoramma.com and would love to start calling some.
My concern is that they are set up to charge back to your phone. How would this work on a pay phone? Just plug in enough quarters and you’re set? Do you need to call from a non-payphone? Is there a way to call these phonies without your cell or phone number being billed?
