Photoshop question, how to bring a layer to the front?

I’m working with two layers. How do I bring the second layer to the forefront? As of now, it’s hiding behind my background layer.

You can drag and drop individual layers in the Layers Palette. Drag the layer you want at the front to the top of the list.
