Phrase origin: "That's (x) right there"?

I’ve seen the phrase “That’s (x) right there” used a fair bit round these parts, as in “That’s your problem right there”, or variants such as “I’ve got your (x) right here!”.

Does this use of “right there/here” for emphasis come from anywhere in particular - a TV show or whatever - or is it just Something People Say?

I’ve got your phrase, right here:

Who started “I’ve got your ______, right here”?
