I currently have Ulead’s Cool 360 on my computer and it works just great. I was wondering if there were any other cheap programs out there that would possible let you splice multiple pics together to create one big one? Also is there a program out there that will let you splice pictures together that will produce a 360 degree view as well as the ability to look up and down…as in the picture on the inside of a sphere with the ability to look at every part of the sphere? If you have no idea what I’m talking about just let me know and I’ll get back to you. Thanks in advance.

Which can create 360 degree views. You can pan back and forth as well as up and down. The up and down is a function of the focal length used for the shots as well as the amount of “zoom” used to view the results.
