It’s a song by Live. It’s about their hometown, York, Pennsylvania. The name comes from Caterpillar, makers of industrial machinery, like back hoes and lifters and Harley Davidson, makers of motorcycles, both located in York. If you grew up in York abd didn’t go to college, you had basically had two options, to work for Caterpillar or to work for Harley Davidson.
