I saw a clip on AFV, of a pilot flying a Cessna 172 that is equipped with skylights. (There was an effort in the '70s to provide more upward visibility. I don’t know if they’re still available.) There is turbulence, and the pilot’s seat belt is not as tight as it should be. The pilot bounces up and hits his head on the port skylight, which departs the aircraft leaving the pilot looking a little bewildered.
Is that clip available online anywhere? My Google-Fu is not mighty this morning.
