I know that Part 91 pilots must now read back all hold short instructions and that Ground Control must now give full taxi instructions to departing (but not arriving) aircraft. However as far as I know Part 91 pilots don’t need to read back the full taxi clearance. If I’m wrong I’d love a reference to the change since I have a BFR coming up in a few months.
During 3 hours of flight this weekend I heard 3 Wilcos not including mine. One was for a 360 for spacing. Another was for a “stay with me on this frequency.” I can’t remember what the third was for. It does seem to be making somewhat of a comeback at least on the East coast of the US.
