I always thought it was my body losing heat, but then I always thought everybody got them. According to my thorough Internet research of almost a minute, however, it does sound like a nervous system reaction more likely to be prompted by peeing standing up.

Invariably when “I am cold” - which I note at each time is a case of my skin feeling cooler-than-comfortable, but not “chilled” as in body shivers or that level of cold
Occurs most frequently in Winter, but can occur whenever my skins is cool (as in, cool enough that I might want to put on a layer). Can occur in Summer with heavy a/c.
