I don’t even know where you are going here. I was simply pointing out that Diosabellissima’s claim/edit indicated that she thinks Hank dislikes Obama is because he is not WHITE. While at the same time he said TWICE that he likes Cain and his ideas most of all of the canidates.
I saw the clip, and he didn’t seem to insinuate which was which. Maybe Obama was Netanyahu.
I’m not really sure what the hell Hank Williams was trying to say. Clearly it was Uncomplimentary, and it mentioned Hitler.
Usually when a left leaning celebrity insults a conservative politician, it’s reasonably coherent. George Clooney, or Dreyfus, or whoever they’ll put together a tangible sentence that we can sink are teeth into and get angry about.
I have to imagine that half the anger has to be confusion over what the hell dude was trying to say.
As a conservative, I’d like to apologize. I wish we could have presented a more coherent celebrity.
Without really understanding what it was that he said or meant, I will nonetheless sincerely and completely concede that it was offensive and out of line. I support the righteous anger of all liberals, and whatever consequences you wish to send upon the man.
He’s yours. Send him to Gitmo.
But why was he playing golf with Hitler?
Damn right, he clearly compared Obama to Netanyahu. Not to Hitler.
If I was a rich celebrity I would never ever say one word about politics and risk alienating any of the fans that were keeping me in cocaine, supermodels and Lamborghinis.
Any celebrity that gets political deserves to lose everything.
Wait, you got the money, the drugs, and the nookie. So, then you buy a car. Why would you ever want to go anywhere?
First post was a direct response. Second was the one with evidence.
And I never expected to convince you anyway.
I think it was a fairly stupid and hard to understand analogy, but I don’t think he should have been killed in Iraq for it.
Wishing people who make stupid and hard to understand analogies should be killed is like wishing Abraham Lincoln should have had a cat.
Wow, this puts Hank Williams in a whole new light in my mind.
I’m shocked he knew who Netayahu was.
Hell, everybody knows about Nathan Yahoo, who founded that web thingy.
What was that again, magellan01?
Gee, I dunno. Netanyahu has certainly got a lot of detractors, but I don’t think I would call him “one of the most hated people in all of the world”.
Ann Coulter (“Obama’s Dimestore ‘Mein Kampf’”)
Tom Sullivan/Fox News Radio (secondary source)
A whole shitload of others (same secondary source as above)
Pointing at Glenn Beck seems like hunting a baited field, but for the sake of completeness, let’s not forget Lewis Black’s fabulous Nazi Tourette’s rant.
Were you pointing to this paragraph in your cite?
That’s called backtracking.
I’m just gonna step in here and say that Hank3 is, in no way, talking to his dad and hasn’t for years.
He’s also got some new albums out.

I recommend Ghost to a Ghost.
Regardless of what he said, my sincerest wish is that the long national nightmare of him singing the MNF theme is finally over; it would be the icing on the Andy-Rooney-finally-leaving cake.
