If I was a passenger in your car, and suddenly, without provocation, jumped on you, causing you to loose control of your car, leading to a fiery crash, that would constitute an attack, no?
Trivial nutter PBS (PitBullShit)
BTW - it was a Facebook comment by 5 other Facebook persons. Lynn never used the word “attack” in your link provided- she did agree with FB Jeff Sloan who commented that there were two unrelated cases where pit bulls attacked their owner / driver causing crashes.
So it is acceptable, in Nutterville, for a pit bull to maul a jogger, causing 2 broken bones that required titanium and stainless steel rods and months of recovery?
Got it.
Those damn jogging victims. Those are who we need to ban.
“2 other cases”, the operative word being “other”, meaning that the guy believes this was a third and Lynn agreed. Ergo, she also believes it was an attack.
That cites blames the victim, Lynn, because she said she passed the woman and her leashed pit bull, then it attacked her as she jogged by?
Google Youtube videos of pit bull pulling car. And try to comprehend that a pit on a leash can jump and maul you, after you have passed it. The pit may have been behind, or even, with its owner, on its leash. Or it could have pulled its owner.
And here is her original statment to Seattle Animal Control:
No mention of her passing or stopping as in the police report.
No mention of the walker losing her grip on the leash in either report, not until nearly three years after the fact:
As noted earlier, a real dog bite expert declared that there were no dragging nor shaking injuries to her arm. She continually embellishes her story and we’re supposed to believe her story that the dog caused a (as in one, not two) fracture in her arm? :dubious:
