So, yeah. Hunter Biden DID make money from the Chinese, as did Trump, his family, and Jared Kushner. It’s overwhelmingly likely that they ALL have LLCs, Trusts, and other schemes to minimize tax liability and protect their assets. Because wealthy people.
- It gets endlessly tiring reading RWNJs say that Hunter Biden’s business “had no product.” Ever hear of investment banking? Stock trading? Consulting? Asset management? Underwriting? Private banking? Private equity? Venture capital? Structured finance? Mergers & Acquisitions? Lobbying?
In those industries, money or wisdom or connections ARE the product.
Most of these inside-the-Beltway types are lawyers. THEY know this is bullshit – at least, so far. It’s the apotheosis of cynicism to manipulate their supporters – who do NOT know thing one about the law – into believing this is even legitimately ‘smoke.’
I’m all for them continuing their investigation. I’m against the daily lies about the damning nature of every single nothing burger. It’s bad for Democracy (like they care) and bad for the country. It’s all a part of their Stochastic Terrorism Approach to Politics.
Almost every employer I’ve ever had provided a service rather than a product. It’s like people on the right don’t have any business experience.
There’s about as much evidence that Joe Biden has corrupt business deals as there is evidence that he committed election fraud in 2020. In other words, none.
You don’t get to just say things and then expect that to be proof. You have to actually have something. If you want to know what that looks like, check out any of Trump’s indictments.
It’s amusing that every time someone tossing these Biden allegations is asked for proof, the reaction is a deer in the headlights, or a turtle retracting into their shell. Like it never occurred to them that someone would actually ask what it is. It’s as if they don’t actually care if the evidence exists. Their crime is that they don’t like them.
Folks. You’re attempting to reason with HBDC. Dozens have threads have proven that despite their claims of an “open mind”, they’re reasoning backwards. They have their conclusion, provided by their (dis)information sources, and are arguing to only to confirm it. They have repeatedly refused to consider that their sources have an agenda, account for it, or otherwise “do their own research” as they also proudly claim to do.
If they can find one crackpot person who claims, evidence free, that X is proof of Y, then that conclusion is Equally valuable and valid. And yeah, historically, there have been a few times where the majority opinion was wrong. Everyone here has admitted that in one thread or another. But we require verifiable evidence. And that’s the problem for HBDC. They don’t. In fact, they are anti-evidence, in that they continue to persist in said theory despite a mountain of evidence in the other direction.
So they’re a counter-factual person operating under false pretenses. If they actually did what they claim to do, then they’d be worth arguing with, or reasoning with, but all evidence points they are not only ignorant, but willfully, pridefully so. No source that disagrees with them is valid.
So, while they may believe what they’re typing (something of which I’m NOT convinced of), they’re still making us do all the work while they sit back and refuse to share in the effort to fight ignorance. May or may not be trolling, but they are absolutely being an asshole.
And that leaves out the racist bullshit and smugness that got them pitted (repeatedly) in the first place.

There are no legitimate climate scientists. There are fools pushing a political agenda for evil reasons, but no real scientists. Because, since climate change is fake, any real scientist with real data would produce a conclusion that there is no climate change. So these so-called ‘scientists’ clearly are not real scientists.
Once one goes down the CT rat-hole, all logic is lost. HBDC has long since tunneled into the “climate change is a conspiracy” worldview.

It reminded me of an old Johnny Carson skit where a television station airs an editorial against drunk driving, then announces they will now air an opposing opinion featuring Carson’s idiot character “Floyd R. Turbo”.

I pointed at him that while it can be good for plants, the greenhouse operators that pump CO2 to get better crops are not living or sleeping inside those greenhouses. They are smart enough to know that more of something is not good for everything.
