Pizza by the slice

I’m in a very rural area and pizza by the slice would be a huge waste for most of the pizza places around here.

Besides, most of our pizzas are cut into tiny squares. Two inches by two inches by nearly two inches tall isn’t unusual.

That must depend on your franchise owner. I worked at a LC well within the past 20 years, and we didn’t. I don’t think the concept came up once in the entire time (about a year) that I worked there.

I think that most of the pizza places around here don’t anticipate a lunch-type crowd that would make slice-selling worth their while, unless they’re near a bunch of other lunch-type places.

There are at least two places in the neighborhood of ASU that serve pizza by the slice. One calls itself “New Jersey style” and the other is “Boston style.”
