I think it’s a pun. Held up = made everyone else wait or held up = robbed.
In Dallas alone they have over 12 locations. Whether or not the pizza is any good, I do believe I’ll be making a special trip to show my support for their decision.
Yeah, I’m dumb. Nomination for 2007 “Reading Comprehension Special Olympics” gold medal goes to me.
That might not be a bad idea for solving my pickle problem. [waves gun]Make that a Big Mac without pickle, please.[/waves gun]
Don’t forget to take some pesos.
If you do forget, you can always use dollars.
Some antis seem to have forgotten that.
They’re in Denver too. Let me know if it’s any good.
God dammit, now I’m hungry for pizza AND Mexican food.
Damn you.
They are very good in the cheap-oh-my-god-that’s-greasy pizza catagory. In Dallas at least, it’s 2 large one-topping pizzas for $10. Very simple, very fast.
That’s just because those of us on the northern borders have been so much more effective at keeping those undesirables out!
Sweet! There’s one not far from me. I’ll have to check it out.
Can’t be worse than Little Caesars.
Enjoy,
Steven
There’s hotel chains in Latin America that give the prices directly in USD. Many hotels in Latin America take both USD and EUR; some of them do not take the local currency. Heck, the Costa Rican government will accept the “exit the country” tax payment in cash only if it’s USD!
Right now I’m in a place known as “the three borders”. I can walk from my apartment to France; most days I work in Germany. Many stores in the area take both CHF and EUR. Some do so at bank rates. Some print the ticket in both French and German, with all prices in CHF and EUR.
Some people Over There need a nice, long, cold shower.
Rococo: What about my pickle?!
Danger: You’re lucky you still have your brown paper bag, small change!
