Just don’t let this issue go unresolved for too long. New laws are in place that if you haven’t taken care of this issue in 20 weeks, Planned Parenthood will no longer be able to assist you.
There are a few merchant centers left who are willing to take on the CC companies and do a late-term chargeback through threats (aka a partial-worth extortion) but not as many as could once provide such services.

I once missed going to Download due to an expiration page. On the other hand, my mother once got a two week car hire fully refunded due to waiting two hours for the car to arrive (had to be driven in from another airport or something). She wrote to the board of directors though.
I had that happen once when I was buying gas. My card kept declining and I ended up with the charges being taken out 3 times. It straightened itself out in a few days. The CC Company should recognize them as duplicate charges and only one will go through. The only problem was mine was a debit card so my money was on hold until it fixed itself.
