Play them on your computer with a free program from download.com
You can’t make a dvd player play them if its not made to. Dvd players have to pay to use vcd & some are cheap & won’t.
Depends on your DVD player. I deliberately bought one that plays pretty much every format a DVD player CAN play, so I can watch my VCD’s on it.
