I’m trying to remember a co name - something like RS Meade? They’re located in MA, and they publish cost-estimating data for the construction/engineering world.
I’ve searched the web and e-phone books to no avail, but I’m sure the name is AWFULLY CLOSE to this…

What’s the specific project info? IANAPCE (I am not a professional contract estimator) but I am a commercial/industrial real estate agent and and I may be able to give you some rules of thumb re sq ft costs for commercial projects beyond the cost of land acquisition. If it’s residentially oriented I probably won’t be of much help.
