Please help me find a picture of this sexy butterfly

When I was in Highschool, there was an image of a black and white butterfly floating around.

If you were to fold the image in half, the spots and dots on the butterfly would line up, and WOW did this thing change. Once folded, the image would morph into a scene of an orgy, with multiple sex positions and all that crazy stuff.

I think it’d be a real hoot to find it again, and I haven’t the faintest idea where to start looking. (google-image-fu has failed today)

Does anyone have any ideas, or by chance the thing I am looking for?

Not noticing that you had already done so, I typed butterfly orgy into Google Images. Your drawing didn’t turn up (at least not in the first 60 results), but it was a lot of (NSFW) fun anyway.

Yeah, I found that fun yesterday.

Well I hope this isn’t too late. 3.5 years. Here it is. The best copy available on the internet. I have never seen a color version, only the black and white version when I was a young fella. Kept a copy in a book for years and recently found it. Ready to pass it onto my young bloke to show his mates at High School just as I did 30 years ago.

This is the reason I love Straight Dope.

Badbam,
I shall sing your praises from the rooftops, and light candles in your honor.

I think this is fantastic!
I thought I remembered it being more groups of smaller people, but the hiney don’t lie.

I found it in high school, in the greater houston area, about 15 years ago I guess now.
What part of the world did you run across this?

I am in Cairns, North Queensland, Australia. I remember seeing it about 30 years ago when I was in lower Secondary school. I was recently scanning in my old school photos an tossing out my old school books (mum must have thought I’d need them again for some reason  ) when I happened upon it. I thought I’d google “butterfly orgy” to see if it was still popular. I saw this ‘old’ thread, and thought, hey I can help you out.

I remember first seeing it, and in those days, I think photocopiers were pretty basic, so hence after traveling around the world with photocopies of photocopies, it is not perfect, but still has the same humorous effect.

It was one of those “it looks so innocent, but can be so startling” effects, that I kept it.

So, right in each other’s back yard.

See? Not all zombies wanna eat your brains. Some just wanna eat your. . .nah, I won’t say it.

Yeh, I too have been looking for this all morning. This is not exactly the same as the one I had 30 years ago, mine definitely had a bloke on the floor, lay on his back and no animals… Plus the outer butterfly was better. But the rest is the same and it is obviously a re-hash of an earlier design. Due to the quality of photo-copiers of that age no doubt. But great to see it again.
I will have the original tucked away somewhere, well not the original of course, someone with brains came up with it, but at least an earlier version and will try and find it again.
