Please help me identify this band and song I saw on Letterman

In the last day or two I caught a group performing about half of a song that was totally cool. Letterman said the group was called “Hinky,” but I don’t know how that is spelled. Nothing pops up on Google under Hinky or Hinkie. The song they performed was a mix of funk, rock, and dance-pop. The lyrics I could make out went like so (Caps are where the singer stressed the syllable):

“WelCOME to my world
Welcome to MY world”

Repeated about 6 times.

They also had a guy playing an accordion and keyboards at the same time.

In this case, the band was Kinky, a group from Monterrey, Mexico. The song was “Cornman”.
