I had always thought that there was a council, conviened by Constantine, maybe called Nantes, that defined which books were to be in the Bible. Could you please expound upon this? Thanks!

Just a suggestion for titles that give some idea of what you are asking. “Please help” is what we’re all thinking every time we post every question, so it doesn’t give much to go on. You will get many more hits with a specific title, increasing your chances for an answer from someone who knows a lot about it. In this case you get people like me who don’t, but just have to look.
