What, no talk about steeping times?

According to the package of Russian Imperial Earl Grey I have sitting right here, everything except Green tea and Oolong should be made with boiling water.

Thought I’d correct a factual error I made above. Châr is not the Persian word for ‘four’, it’s the Hindi word for 4. The equivalent Persian word is chahâr. Sorry!

About masâla châî: In India most often it’s made with cardamom as the only spice. The multi-spice version is extra fancy.

A few years back, I heard of a guy who was growing tea in South Carolina. Is he still in business, and is American-grown tea any good?
