I’m sure that the censored words were ‘Red Mercury’. The loony idea of easy neutron bombs using this stuff (Which doesn’t have the properties described in the loony theories) has been debunked on the SDMB before. Later on, the article goes on to describe neutron bombs the size of baseballs, a standard feature in red mercury lore.
