There aren’t a lot of Niven stories available legally online, but this site http://larryniven.org/exclusive.shtml does have Larry’s permission to have several stories online, including “The Missing Mass” (a Draco’s Tavern story), “Cloak of Anarchy” (a Known Space story) and the famous “Man of Steel, Woman of Kleenex”.
