Well, to the ones who do not speak Portuguese: The criminal is hiding under the sink and asking for water. Police is trying to pry him off the sink, but he is not cooperating. So their training kicks in. And they use the taser… 5 times. 3 cops had to struggle for probably more than 5 minutes against a single person hiding under a sink. Do I live on the country housing the most unprepared police force in the world or what? Also, question: is it possible to cause a huge explosion with the cooking gas tank and the taser?

They seem to regard the suspect as a threat. The shield-like thing is used to prevent him from moving.

Perhaps they think that he’s armed, which might explain their lack of consideration of the proximity of the gas cylinder.

It looked like he had a knife or other object in his right hand when they pulled him out. That was weird and terrible all at the same time.
